PlatON network is a platform that is initiated and driven by the LatticeX Foundation, a next-generation Internet infrastructure protocol based on the fundamental properties of blockchain and supported by the privacy-preserving computation network. “Computing interoperability” is its core feature.

By building a computing system assembled by Verifiable Computation, Secure Multi-Party Computation, Zero-Knowledge Proof, Homomorphic Encryption and other cryptographic algorithms and blockchain technology, PlatON provides a public infrastructure in open source architecture for global artificial intelligence, distributed application developers, data providers and various organizations, communities and individuals with computing needs.

However, that is by the way, let’s talk briefly about the platform’s privacy preserving technology.
In the PlatON network, privacy-preserving computation technology is the core engine supporting PlatON and Alaya networks, laying the cryptographic foundation of the PlatON privacy-preserving computation AI network.

AI enables IT systems to self-correct for maximum uptime and provide prescriptive actions as to how to fix problems that occur. In addition, AI-driven networks can capture and save data prior to a network event or outage, helping to speed troubleshooting.

LatticeX Foundation aims to solve three main problems in the blockchain community, including privacy, storage and key management. The LatticeX Foundation has presented ideas describing the underlying cryptographic components and potential capabilities to support privacy-preserving applications for both networks.

Also, in terms of Privacy-preserving Computation of Non-Interactive Proofs, PlatON uses modern cryptographic algorithms. These include but are not limited to Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) that is, a method by which one party can prove to another party that a given statement is true while the prover avoids conveying any additional information apart from the fact that the statement is indeed true. Verifiable Computation (VC), Homomorphic Encryption (HE).

Homomorphic encryption is a form of encryption that permits users to perform computations on its encrypted data without first decrypting it. Next is Secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC), and Secret Sharing (SS), for implementation of computational capacity expansion schemes for non-interactive proofs.

PlatON realizes true privacy-preserving computation by integrating Homomorphic Encryption (HE) with Secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC). This protects the privacy of input data and computation logic.

Trustless computing on PlatON depends solely on the cryptographic assumption of falsifiability, thus providing unprecedented private data security for the lifetime of data, without a trust perimeter. By the way, Multi-party computation (MPC) is a cryptographic tool that allows multiple parties to make calculations using their combined data, without revealing their individual input.

In summary, the network has its eye fixed on achieving A decentralized privacy-preserving computation network, establishing a decentralized data sharing and privacy-preserving computation infrastructure network that connects data owners, data users, algorithm developers and arithmetic providers.

Also, A decentralized AI marketplace that enables the common sharing of AI assets, agile smart application development, and provides the whole spectrum of products and services from AI computing power and algorithms, to AI capabilities and their production, deployment, and integration.
Lastly, decentralized AI collaboration network that allows AI to collaborate at scale, bringing together collective intelligence to accomplish complex goals.
